LAPS Incorporated - Programs and Prices

Full membership program includes:
· 10 dates at Autobahn Country Club’s 3.5 Mile “Full Track” configuration.

· These are private LAPS INC. events and have no affiliation with Autobahn Country Club or it’s members.
· Availability of track car rentals for members and their driving guests
· Availability of individualized driver training including data acquisition.
· On-Track race shop with full time mechanics on staff.
· Tire equipment, alignment rack, and fabrication shop
· Maintenance and track preparation plans available for your street or race vehicle.
· Drivers will receive (2) guest driver’s passes per season.
· The first two events will include driver’s instruction.
· Classroom instruction available at all LAPS INC events.
· Drivers may bring an unlimited number of spectators.
· Continental breakfast and lunch provided by LAPS INC.
· Miscellaneous social events

Dual membership includes:
· Dual membership allows 2 participants to share a membership in LAPS INC. One participant per event.

Corporate program includes:
This program is structured for participants choosing to use LAPS INC. as a business tool. LAPS INC. will provide a more unique and memorable experience for you and your clients. A minimum of 3 participants is required to qualify for a corporate program.
· 10 dates at Autobahn Country Club’s 3.5 Mile “Full Track” configuration.

Online Membership includes:
· Full access to LAPS INC. Online forum
· Full posting and viewing privileges
· Spectating privileges at LAPS INC. driving events.

Return Policy
You may cancel your Service within the Return Period which is before your first track date.

During the Return Period, you can cancel Service for any reason so long as you:
(a) contact us to cancel Service; and
(b) return with proof of purchase, any product purchased from LAPS Incorporated.

A 10 percent processing fee will be incured on all cancelled services.

Disclaimer: You are responsible for damages that result from negligence. If any person, business or property is damaged because you do something unreasonable, or because you unreasonably fail to do something that should have been done, then you have an obligation to pay for reasonable damages.
