I was looking for more track time as I first got involved with this group, what I found was something far more. Laps Incorporated is a group of individuals who are passionate about having a good time either on or off the track without pretense. There’s an amazing camaraderie among these enthusiasts from all different makes and models. And with the two guest passes, I’ve been able to introduce friends and neighbors to my sickness as well. It’s a great way to spend time at the track surrounded by individuals anxious to compare notes on their preferred line or tweaks to the car to knock a few tenths off of the lap time. I love having the opportunity to get to know individuals and cars as the season progresses. Who’s driving how, what cars pull in the straights or track me down in the twisties. Finally, there’s always a group anxious to recap the fun with dinner and drinks that evening sharing stories and videos as we finish the day.

Last year’s experience at LAPS was extremely instrumental in my track driving development. Being just 18 years old and getting the amount of seat time that was offered here gave me an opportunity to hone in on the technical skills necessary for safe track driving.
